Its farming has some disadvantages for the environment because the harmful chemicals and antibiotics used in salmon farms can be poisonous for surrounding agricultural lands and water bodies and the presence of any diseased salmon really warm the wild salmon too.

If salmon is been cooked at a high temperature you should closely keep eye on the cooking process to avoid overcooking or undercooking which can ruin its flavor and its nutrition too.

Salmon must be cooked properly because eating raw salmon is just bad for your health. It may cause many health-related problems due to the presence of bacteria, parasites, and other pathogens in them. They can cause several parasitic infections like liver fluke, tapeworms, roundworms.

Use aluminum sheets to avoid sticking the salmon on the vessel, remove all the excess moisture from it for crispness, don’t remove the skin of salmon before cooking it may cause dryness in it, high temperature-oil should be used to avoid smoke in the oven while cooking.
