Ingredients
- 2 cups romaine, chopped
- 1 strip bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 egg, soft-boiled, halved
- 1 (4-ounce) hanger steak, grilled, thinly sliced against the grain
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup quinoa, cooked
- dressing, optional, to taste, of your choice
- baguette, optional, to taste, torn, for serving
Directions
Step 1 –On a large plate, pile the romaine high in the center.
Step 2 –Top the romaine with the bacon, the egg, the steak slices, the tomatoes, the avocado, the blue cheese, the snap peas, and the quinoa.
Step 3 –Top the salad evenly with the dressing.
Step 4 –Serve with the baguette.
