Bright tomatoes, pickled jalapeños, extra savory refried beans, and tangy barbeque beef is piled high, nacho-style, with a blanket of melty cheese! And then comes Nacho Pizza’s secret weapon; all the nacho toppings you could want! This is a fusion meal that’s just so snackable!
Ingredients
For the pizza:
- 1 (12-inch) pizza crust, prebaked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup refrigerated fully-cooked barbeque shredded beef, store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped or quartered
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeño slices
- 1 cup Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
Optional toppings:
- lettuce, to taste, shredded
- sour cream, to taste
- salsa, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2 -Place the crust on an ungreased pizza pan.
Step 3 -Brush the crust with the oil.
Step 4 -Spread the beans evenly over the crust.
Step 5 -Top the bean layer with the beef, the tomatoes, the jalapeños, and the cheese.
Step 6 -Bake until the cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 7 -Serve topped with the lettuce, the sour cream, and the salsa.
