Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 1/2 heaping cup peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1 –Combine the oats, chocolate chips, flax seed, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Mix to combine.

Step 2 –Roll the oat mixture into 30 1-1 1/2-inch size balls.

Step 3 –Place the balls on a baking sheet or plate and freeze or refrigerate until fully set, at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour.

Step 4 –Place the balls in an airtight container or ziplock bag and store them in the fridge for 1 week or the freezer for up to 3 months.

Step 5 –Serve.
