Frozen is convenient, but fresh is always better. That’s the motto for this Oven-to-Table Chicken. Seasoned with some savory, Italian spices and herbs, this juicy, roasted bird is as fresh as they come. Simple, but pure yum. Don’t settle for anything else. Oven-to-Table Chicken is always better!


  • 5 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Lightly grease a rimmed baking pan.

Step 3 –In a medium bowl, add the chicken breasts, the olive oil, the Italian seasoning, the seasoned salt, the paprika, and the black pepper and mix to coat.

Step 4 –Bake the chicken breasts until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 22-26 minutes.

Step 5 –Let the chicken breasts rest for 5 minutes.

Step 6 –Slice and serve.
