Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork tenderloins
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2 –Trim off and remove the silver skin from the pork tenderloins.
Step 3 –Poke the tenderloins all over with a fork.
Step 4 –Drizzle the pork with 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.
Step 5 –Combine the sea salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, cumin, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
Step 6 –Rub the spice mixture over the pork tenderloins on both sides.
Step 7 –Grill the pork until it reaches 145 degrees F internally, about 20 minutes per side.
Step 8 –Transfer the pork to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 9 –Set the grill heat to medium. Clean the grates with a grill brush.
Step 10 –Brush each side of the peach halves with the remaining olive oil.
Step 11 –Grill until the peaches have grill marks on them, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Step 12 –Transfer the peaches and pork to a platter.
Step 13 –Serve with basil.
