Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (1-ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded, divided
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped, divided
- fresh vegetables, optional, to taste, of your choice, for serving
Directions
Step 1 –In a medium mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, the sour cream, the ranch dressing, the cheddar (reserving 1 tablespoon for garnish), the green onions (reserving 1 tablespoon for garnish), and the black pepper and mix to combine.
Step 2 –Add the bacon pieces (reserving 1 tablespoon for garnish) to the cream cheese mixture and beat with an electric mixer until the bacon is incorporated and the dip is smooth and creamy.
Step 3 –Scoop the dip into a serving bowl.
Step 4 –Garnish the dip with the reserved 1 tablespoon of the cheddar, the reserved 1 tablespoon of the bacon, and the reserved 1 tablespoon of the green onions.
