Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, cleaned and cut in half
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, or to taste

Directions

Step 1 –Set your oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line a large baking sheet with either parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Step 3 –In a large mixing bowl, toss together the baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until the potatoes are evenly coated.

Step 4 –Then, transfer the potatoes to the baking sheet.

Step 5 –Bake the potatoes until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and fork-tender, about 20 minutes.
