Ingredients

  • 6 cups Granny Smith apples, chopped and peeled
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions
