Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, roughly chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly-squeezed
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Lightly coat a 9-inch square baking dish with nonstick spray.

Step 3 –In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt the butter.

Step 4 –Add the shrimp, the garlic, and the red pepper flakes to the melted butter and cook, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turns pink and reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 2 minutes.

Step 5 –Add the wine and the lemon juice to the shrimp mixture and stir to combine.

Step 6 –Season the shrimp mixture with the salt and the pepper.

Step 7 –Bring the shrimp mixture to a simmer.

Step 8 –Transfer the shrimp mixture from heat and immediately stir in the cream cheese, the sour cream, the mayonnaise, the parsley, 1/4 cup of the mozzarella, and the parmesan.

Step 9 –Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 10 –Sprinkle the mixture with the remaining mozzarella.

Step 11 –Bake until bubbly and golden, about 10-12 minutes.

Step 12 –Serve immediately.
