The Best Thanksgiving Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained, or 10 ounces fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1/2 cup whole Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • pita chips, tortilla chips, and/or sliced vegetables, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –Place all of the ingredients into a slow cooker, stirring to combine.

Step 2 –Cover and cook on low until the ingredients are well-combined and the flavors have melded together, about 2 hours.

Step 3 –Stir the dip again and transfer it to a vessel of your choice.

Step 4 –Serve warm with your choice of chips or other dipping implements.
