Directions

Step 1 –Place the potatoes in a large saucepan, just covered with the water, then bring to a boil.

Step 2 –Reduce the heat and cook the potatoes, covered, until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 3 –Drain the potatoes well.

Step 4 –In a large skillet over low heat, melt the butter.

Step 5 –Add the parsley, the chives, the tarragon, and the garlic to the melted butter and cook, while stirring, about 1-2 minutes.
