Ingredients
- 1 (16.5-ounce) roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
- 1/3 cup white baking chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable or canola oil
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
Step 3 –In a medium bowl, mix the cookie dough, the flour, and the oats until crumbly and well-combined.
Step 4 –Press 1/2 of the cookie dough mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Step 5 –Bake the cookie crust until just lightly golden, about 15 minutes.
Step 6 –Spread the raspberry preserves over the cookie crust.
Step 7 –Top the preserves layer with the remaining cookie dough mixture.
Step 8 –Bake until the top is golden-brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Step 9 –Allow the bake to cool completely, about 2 hours.
Step 10 –In a small microwaveable bowl, microwave the baking chips for 30 seconds and stir.
Step 11 –Continue to microwave the baking chips in 15-second increments until the chips can be stirred smoothly.
Step 12 –Stir in the oil until well-combined.
Step 13 –Drizzle the sauce mixture over the bars.
Step 14 –Cut into bars and serve.
