15-Minute Garlic Butter Pork Chops

Pork chops don’t have to take a long time to be deliciously mouthwatering! These 15-Minute Pork Chops seem too good to be true, but guess what? They’re even better than that! These garlic butter pork chops are prepared with 7 ingredients in just 15 minutes. Each bite of these chops is tender, juicy, and savory. 15-Minute Pork Chops are so simple, you can make them on any night!

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops, bone-in
  • salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2 sprigs plus 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped and stems removed
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced or chopped

Directions

Step 1 –Season the pork chops as desired with salt and pepper.

Step 2 –In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Step 3 –Add the pork chops, along with 2 tablespoons of the butter and the thyme sprigs.

Step 4 –Cook until the outside is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Step 5 –Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of the butter, the garlic, and the chopped thyme to the skillet.

Step 6 –Drizzle the sauce over the pork chops, flipping and repeating until the pork is cooked to 145 degrees F, about 1-2 minutes per side.

Step 7 –Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides.
