Ingredients
- 2 tubes of refrigerated pizza crust
- garlic salt, to taste
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded, plus more to taste
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni, sliced and chopped
- marinara sauce, optional, for dipping
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 –Lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 3 –Dust a large surface with flour.
Step 4 –Roll out each pizza crust.
Step 5 –Sprinkle the garlic salt and Italian seasoning directly onto each crust.
Step 6 –Add the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and diced pepperoni, spreading it within 1/2 inch of the edges of the crust.
Step 7 –Starting with a short end, carefully roll the crust into a tight log.
Step 8 –Using a serrated knife, slice each roll into 1-inch sections.
Step 9 –Place the pizza rolls on the prepared pan.
Step 10 –Bake until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
Step 11 –Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
