Ingredients

  • peanut oil, for frying
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oil to 375 degrees F.
