- 2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 1/4 pounds red potatoes, diced
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
Step 1 –Arrange the chicken breasts in the center of the slow cooker.
Step 2 –Place the green beans and the potatoes around the chicken.
