Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 4 tortillas
- 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 3 cups spring mix
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 2/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Step 1 –In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat the oil.
Step 2 –Add the chicken and season as desired. Cook each side until golden and cooked through, with no pink remaining, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 3 –Set the chicken aside.
Step 4 –In the same skillet, let a tortilla warm and sfor 10 seconds. Repeat with all the tortillas.
Step 5 –Spread the mayonnaise on the tortilla, followed by the spring mix, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, cooked chicken, and cheese.
Step 6 –Enjoy while warm!
