Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak

Of all the cuts of steak, the humble flank steak is one of the most receptive to marinades. It soaks up all the flavors like a sponge, so the question becomes what flavors you want to impart to your dinner. This Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak is one of the most delicious ways to take advantage of that opportunity, infusing the tanginess and smoky flavor of the balsamic into the savory steak. Soy sauce and mustard in the marinade helps enhance the umami of the beef flavor, while chili flakes ensure a light heat that keeps every bite exciting. Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak is the best way to guarantee your steak dinner is the most amazing you could ever imagine!
