Brown Butter Broccoli is amazingly simple. It’s tender, emerald green broccoli in a rich and nutty brown butter sauce. In fact, even calling it a sauce implies too much work; it’s more like deliciously seasoned melted butter that coats every refreshingly green floret! Brown Butter Broccoli might not seem flashy on the surface, but given that it’s ready in just 15 minutes and it tastes incredible, who needs flashy? Sometimes simple dishes make the best impression!
