  • 1 1/2 pounds carrots, sliced 1/4-inch-thick on the diagonal
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons fresh chives, snipped
