Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) box stuffing mix or 3-4 cups homemade stuffing
  • 1 1/4 cup hot water, if using boxed stuffing
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, defrosted

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Combine the boxed stuffing mix and hot water in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3 –Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or grease.

Step 4 –Add the chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and mixed vegetables to the prepared dish.

Step 5 –Top with the stuffing.

Step 6 –Place the casserole in the oven and bake until the mixture is bubbling and the top is golden, about 25-30 minutes.

Step 7 –Serve hot.
