- 1 (6 ounce) box stuffing mix or 3-4 cups homemade stuffing
- 1 1/4 cup hot water, if using boxed stuffing
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, defrosted
