Directions
Step 1 –Finely grate the potatoes into a large bowl.
Step 2 –Drain any liquid remaining on the grated potatoes with a paper towel.
Step 3 –Add the eggs, onion, flour, salt, and baking powder to the grated potatoes and stir to combine.
Step 4 –In a frying pan, add the oil to the depth of 1/8 inch and heat over medium heat.
