Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3-3 1/2 pounds baby back pork ribs
  • 1 cup raspberry jam, seedless
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

Directions

Step 1 –In a large, sealable bag, add the soy sauce, garlic, and pepper.

Step 2 –Add the ribs, seal the bag, and massage it so the marinade evenly coats the rib.

Step 3 –Allow the ribs to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 4 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 5 –Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on a rimmed baking sheet.

Step 6 –Bake until tender, and the meat is cooked to at least 145 degrees, about 1 hour.

Step 7 –While the ribs are cooking, combine the raspberry jam and chili sauce in a medium bowl.

Step 8 –When the ribs are cooked, brush the raspberry-chili sauce on both sides and allow them to cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 9 –Serve hot.
