Easy Chicken Crescents

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 cups chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked and shredded
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 (8-ounce) cans crescent rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the cheddar cheese, the chicken, the green onions, the salt, the pepper, and the garlic powder and stir to combine.

Step 3 –Unroll 1 can of the crescent rolls and divide it into 4 rectangles.

Step 4 –Use your fingers to pinch together the perforated lines in the dough, then smooth your finger over the seams to flatten. Repeat with the remaining can. There will be 8 dough rectangles in total.

Step 5 –Place 1/8 of the chicken mixture into the middle of each of the dough rectangles; bring the corners over the filling and pinch to close.

Step 6 –Brush the tops of the filled crescents with the melted butter.

Step 7 –Bake the filled crescents until their edges are golden-brown, about 13-15 minutes.

Step 8 –Serve.
