  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup ham, cooked and diced

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Spray a half sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 3 –In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and the milk together until well-combined, about 2 minutes.

Step 4 –Pour the egg mixture into the sheet pan and top with the ham, the peppers, and the chives.

Step 5 –Bake the egg mixture until set and warmed all the way through, about 11 minutes.

Step 6 –Transfer from the oven and evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Step 7 –Bake the egg mixture until the cheese melts, about 2 minutes.

Step 8 –Transfer the egg mixture from the oven and cut it into squares.

Step 9 –Serve the egg squares sandwiched between the English muffins.
