Ingredients
For the house seasoning:
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1/4 cup dried parsley
- 1/4 cup dried minced onion
- 1/4 cup dried basil
For the pork chops:
- 4 pork chops, thick-cut, boneless
- 8 teaspoons olive oil, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2 –Mix the garlic powder, kosher salt, dried parsley, onion, and basil together.
Step 3 –Pat the meat dry. Rub each side of the chops with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon of the seasoning.
Step 4 –Brush the grates with oil.
Step 5 –Place the meat on the grill until the meat reads 145 degrees F internally, about 5-6 minutes per side.
Step 6 –Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
