Easy Ham Quiche is quiche made simple! In less than an hour, you can enjoy a fresh and filling quiche for breakfast, brunch, or any meal of your choosing. Fluffy eggs are mixed with smoky ham, melted cheese, and fresh green onions, and enveloped by a crispy pie crust. Easy Ham Quiche is so delicious and low-effort, you’d think it took hours to make!
Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk or cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup ham, cooked and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cheese, of your choice, shredded, and divided
- 3 tablespoons green onions, sliced
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Unroll the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie plate. Make sure to crimp the top of the edges.
Step 3 –Optionally, you can bake the pie crust for 15 minutes for a crispier bottom.
Step 4 –In a large mixing bowl, combine together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper using a whisk.
Step 5 –Add the ham, 1 cup of the cheese, and the green onions into the pie crust.
Step 6 –Pour the egg mixture over the top of the other ingredients in the pie crust.
Step 7 –Sprinkle the top of the egg mixture with the remaining cheese.
Step 8 –Bake the quiche until the crust is a light golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Step 9 –Cover the dish with aluminum foil to prevent any unwanted added browning.
Step 10 –Bake until the center of the quiche is completely cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 11 –Let the dish cool for about 5-10 minutes.
Step 12 –Slice and serve!
