Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/3 cup strawberry yogurt
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, unsweetened, frozen, plus more fresh strawberries, to taste, sliced, for garnish
  • 1/2 medium banana, firm, chopped, plus more, to taste, sliced, for garnish
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 8 teaspoons sugar

Directions

Step 1 –Chill two tall glasses in the freezer.

Step 2 –In a blender, add the milk, the strawberry yogurt, 1/3 cup of the frozen strawberries, 1/2 of the medium banana, the ice cubes, and the sugar. Cover and process until smooth, about 30-45 seconds. Stir to combine if needed.

Step 3 –Evenly pour the smoothie into the prepared glasses, garnish with the sliced strawberries and the sliced bananas, and serve immediately.
