Ingredients

For the crescents:

  • 1 pound ham, cooked and chopped
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls

For the glaze:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • chives, optional, to taste, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 3 –Mix together the ham, the cream cheese, the cheddar, the Swiss, the onion powder, the green onions, the hot sauce, and 2 teaspoons of the Worcestershire sauce.

Step 4 –Separate the crescent rolls into 16 triangles, then cut each triangle in half for a total of 32 crescents.

Step 5 –Scoop a heaping tablespoon of the ham mixture on the wide end of each triangle.

Step 6 –Roll up the crescents and place them in the prepared baking dish.

Step 7 –In a small saucepan, combine the butter, the brown sugar, the Dijon mustard, the remaining Worcestershire, and the poppy seeds.

Step 8 –Bring the glaze mixture to a boil.

Step 9 –Pour the glaze mixture over the crescents.

Step 10 –Bake the crescents until golden-brown, about 25-30 minutes.

Step 11 –Serve garnished with the chives.
