Oven Omelet

The Oven Omelet bakes up helping after helping of fluffy eggs already filled with salty, savory ham, melty cheese, and crisp, fragrant green onions. Just pop it in the oven and everything will be ready to serve up when your guests arrive. Ingredients

  • 16 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup ham, cubed
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and the milk together.

Step 4 –Stir in the cheese, the ham, the green onions, the salt, and the pepper.

Step 5 –Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 40-45 minutes.

Step 6 –Let stand for 10 minutes.

Step 7 –Serve.
