Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup ham, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 3/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup green onion, diced, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

Step 3 –Whisk the eggs and the half-and-half together in a large bowl.

Step 4 –Mix in the cheddar cheese, the ham, the onion, the bell pepper, the salt, and the pepper.

Step 5 –Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pan.

Step 6 –Bake until the top starts to turn light brown, about 25 minutes.

Step 7 –Serve, garnished with the sliced green onions.
