Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup ham, cooked and diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 3/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup green onion, diced, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
