Tender, juicy peaches covered in a soft, flavorful pancake-like batter to create a beautiful combination filled with love. Served with warmed, sweet peach preserves and lovely maple syrup, these Peachy Dutch Pancakes will make everyone happy! And, that’s just peachy!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 2 cups peaches, fresh or frozen, thawed, drained, thinly sliced
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups fat-free milk
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- peach preserves, to taste, warm
- maple syrup, to taste

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 –In a 9×13-inch baking dish, add the cubed butter. Transfer the dish to the oven until the butter has melted, about 3-4 minutes, then transfer from the oven and carefully swirl to coat the bottom and the sides of the baking dish.
Step 3 –Carefully add the peaches to the melted butter and transfer back into the oven until they are bubbly, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 4 –In a large bowl, add the eggs and whisk until frothy.
Step 5 –Add the milk and the almond extract to the egg mixture and whisk to combine.
Step 6 –Add the flour, the sugar, and the salt to the egg mixture and whisk to combine.
Step 7 –Add the batter to the top of the hot peach mixture and bake until it has puffed and the sides are golden-brown, about 10-12 minutes.
Step 8 –Plate, topping the Dutch pancake with the warm peach preserves and the maple syrup, and serve.
