Ingredients

  • 2 whole salmon filets, skin off
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • olive oil, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • juice of 2 limes, plus more, to taste
  • rice, to taste, cooked, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –Season the filets with the salt and the pepper.

Step 5 –In the same skillet, add the butter, the honey, the soy sauce, and the lime juice and cook, while stirring, over medium heat, until the glaze thickens, about 2-4 minutes.
