  • 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup salsa verde
  • 3 tablespoons canned chopped green chiles
  • 3/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded, plus more, to taste, sliced, for garnish
  • 1 (1-ounce) envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  • your choice of sides for dipping, such as celery sticks or cooked buffalo-style chicken wings, to taste

Step 1 –Place the mayonnaise, the buttermilk, the salsa verde, the green chiles, the cilantro leaves, the halved jalapeños, and the ranch dressing mix in a blender.

Step 2 –Cover and process the mixture until smooth.
