Tart and sweet apples, creamy yogurt, jammy raisins, and little crisps of walnuts all come together for a pleasing and nourishing chopped salad. You can serve up Refreshing Waldorf Salad as a dessert or as a salad with the knowledge that it will be instantly loved!

Ingredients
- 2 large green apples, such as Granny Smith, chopped
- 2 large red apples, such as Fuji or Honeycrisp, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the green apples, the red apples, the walnuts, the coconut, and the raisins and stir to combine.
Step 2 –In a small bowl, add the vanilla yogurt, the honey, and the ground cinnamon and whisk until blended.
Step 3 –Add the yogurt mixture to the apple mixture and toss to coat.
Step 4 –Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 5 –Serve.
