  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenders, boneless and skinless


Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
