Snickerdoodle Cobbler

Life is full of difficult choices, but you shouldn’t have to choose between two delicious desserts! With Snickerdoodle Cobbler, you can have the best of both worlds! Best of all, it’s topped with rich cinnamon sugar and a syrupy caramel topping for a dessert experience that you’ll never forget. Ingredients

  • 1 package snickerdoodle cookie mix, with the cinnamon sugar packet
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 3 tablespoons caramel topping, plus more, to taste

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Spray an 8×8-inch pan with cooking spray.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, combine the cookie mix, the butter, and the egg and mix it to form a dough.

Step 4 –Place 1/2 of the cookie dough in small spoonfuls across the bottom of the prepared pan.

Step 5 –Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon sugar packet from the cookie mix across the top of the cookie dough and top with the apple pie filling.

Step 6 –Repeat the layers once, starting with the cookie dough and ending with the apple pie filling.

Step 7 –Drizzle 3 tablespoons of the caramel topping across the top of the cobbler.

Step 8 –Bake the cobbler until the cookies are lightly golden, about 30-35 minutes.

Step 9 –Drizzle the extra caramel topping across the top of the cobbler.
