Ingredients
- 2 pounds hot breakfast sausage
- 1 (30-32 ounce) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups milk
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Gently grease a 9×13-inch oven-safe baking pan or sheet pan with cooking spray or butter.
Step 3 –Cook the sausage until it is no longer pink in a separate pan or skillet, about 5 minutes.
Step 4 –Drain off the fat when the sausage is done cooking.
