Some fruits don’t really get the notoriety that they deserve. And That’s-So-“Grape” Salad, made with the forgotten but always beloved grapes, is helping them make a big, “fruit-alicious” comeback! This salad frequented a lot of our grandparents’ get-togethers in the past, but it is now time for this tangy zest-of-life to get its rightful spot on the up-and-coming salad bar. These juicy, sweet grapes are staged with sweet, tart, and creamy cream cheese yumminess and will make everyone stand up and take notice. So don’t be “wine”-ing (Get it?! Grapes make wine.) about wanting a new go-to salad because That’s-So-“Grape” Salad is it!

Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 pounds seedless red grapes
- 2 pounds seedless green grapes
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons pecans, chopped
Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese, the sour cream, the sugar, and the vanilla extract together.
Step 2 –Add the red grapes and the green grapes to the cream mixture and toss to coat.
Step 3 –Transfer the grape salad to a large serving bowl.
Step 4 –Cover the grape salad and refrigerate until serving.
Step 5 –Sprinkle the grape salad with the brown sugar and the pecans.
Step 6 –Serve.
