Ingredients
- 1 (3-pound) pork shoulder roast, boneless
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup barbeque sauce

Directions
Step 1 –Place the pork shoulder into a slow cooker.
Step 2 –Pour the vinegar over the pork, coating all the sides.
Step 3 –Season the pork with the salt and the pepper.
Step 4 –Cover and cook the pork on low heat until tender, about 10-12 hours.
Step 5 –Transfer the pork to a platter, draining and discarding all the juices from the slow cooker.
Step 6 –Chop the pork into bite-size pieces.
Step 7 –Return the pork to the slow cooker.
Step 8 –Add the barbeque sauce and cook until the sauce has infused its flavor into the meat, about 30 minutes.
Step 9 –Serve.
