Antipasto Ring

Is it a meal? Is it an appetizer? It’s both! This Antipasto Ring packs a flaky, buttery crescent roll ring with savory, spiced meats, tangy olives and peppers, and melted cheese for that amazing antipasto taste! Then, everything gets topped with nutty parmesan cheese. This is like a tear-and-share bread’s super-strong, buff brother, and it’s just waiting for you to grab a plate and dig in! Ingredients

  • olive oil spray, to taste
  • 2 (8-ounce) tubes crescent roll dough
  • 8 slices ham
  • 10 slices salami
  • 10 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup olives, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Italian blend cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3 –Lightly spray the parchment paper with non-stick olive oil spray.

Step 4 –Unroll the crescent roll sheets and separate each of the perforated triangles. Arrange the triangles into a sunburst pattern (the larger edges in the center with the corners overlapping and the small points facing out).

Step 5 –Layer the ham, the salami, and the pepperoni on the dough.

Step 6 –Layer the olives, the peppers, and the Italian blend cheese on top of the meat layer.

Step 7 –Carefully fold the pointed ends over the filling, pressing into the inside of the ring to seal.

Step 8 –Lightly spray the top of the ring with the olive oil spray.

Step 9 –Sprinkle the top of the ring with the parmesan and the garlic salt.

Step 10 –Bake until golden-brown, about 15-18 minutes.

Step 11 –Serve hot.
