The Apple Platz is a simple and sweetly satisfying dessert that tastes like a cross between apple crisp, coffee cake, and apple cake. What’s not to love? The topping is crumbly, rich, and sugary, while the apple filling is jammy and infused with cinnamon flavor. Apple Platz comes together in just under an hour, so it’s great for preparing in a hurry for a garden party or even a brunch that could use a touch of fruity sweetness. Serve this up and get ready for some applause (or a-platz)!
