Ingredients
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- garlic powder, to taste
- 4 (4-ounce) chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, and halved
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 (8-ounce) package cremini mushrooms, sliced
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –In a bowl, mix the parmesan, the mayonnaise, and the garlic powder together.
Step 3 –In a 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange the chicken breasts.
Step 4 –Top the chicken with the artichoke hearts and the cremini mushrooms.
Step 5 –Spread the cheese mixture over the artichoke and mushroom layer.
Step 6 –Bake until the chicken’s internal temperature reads 165 degrees F and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes.
