And you thought grilled corn on the cob couldn’t get any more delicious? Think again! Bacon-Wrapped Corn is corn on the cob like you’ve never had it before! Why? Because everything is better with bacon. We can promise you one thing: this side dish won’t last long at your next cookout!

Ingredients

  • 10 ears corn, husked and cleaned
  • all-purpose seasoning, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 (1 pound) package bacon, sliced
  • 10 sheets aluminum foil

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the grill on high heat.

Step 2 –While the grill is heating up, season each ear of corn with all-purpose seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Step 3 –Wrap each ear of corn with 1-2 pieces of bacon. Wrap the bacon-wrapped corn in individual pieces of aluminum foil, twisting at the ends to seal.

Step 4 –When the grill is ready, place the foil-covered corn on the grill.

Step 5 –Grill for about 10 minutes per side.

Step 6 –Decrease the grill heat to low and cook until the bacon is fully prepared and the corn becomes tender, about 45 minutes.

Step 7 –Serve!
