Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh jalapeño, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cups frozen white corn, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- tortilla chips, optional, to taste, for serving

Directions
Step 1 –In a bowl, add the cilantro, the onions, the jalapeños, the lemon juice, and the lime juice and mix well to combine.
Step 2 –In a large bowl, add the corn and the salt and stir to combine.
Step 3 –Add the onion mixture to the corn and mix well to combine.
Step 4 –Chill the salsa for 30 minutes.
Step 5 –Serve with the tortilla chips.
