Ingredients

  • 3 slices sourdough bread, sliced thick
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons delicatessen-style mustard
  • 2 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 4 slices roasted turkey breast, sliced thin
  • 1 slice Muenster cheese
  • 4 slices ham, sliced thin
  • 4 slices oven-roasted chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 tablespoons kosher dill pickle chips, optional

Directions

Step 1 –Place the bread slices into the toaster and toast until light golden-brown.

Step 2 –Let the toast cool completely.

Step 3 –In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise and the mustard and stir to combine.

Step 4 –Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over top all 3 slices of the bread.

Step 5 –On 1 piece of the mayo-smeared bread, layer half of the lettuce, the turkey slices, and the slice of cheese.

Step 6 –Place one of the remaining pieces of mayo-topped bread on top of the cheese, mayo-side down.

Step 7 –Layer the remaining lettuce, the ham, the chicken, the avocado, and the tomato slices on top of the sandwich and cover with the remaining mayo-topped slice, mayo-side down.

Step 8 –Cut the sandwich in half on the diagonal, then cut it into fourths.

Step 9 –Serve with the pickle chips.
