Cauliflower Crack makes use of the mild flavor of cauliflower to the fullest. The trick is to coat the outside of each tender floret with all the deeply savory, garlicky goodness you could want, so eating your vegetables becomes a treat rather than a chore. Putting Cauliflower Crack together is a snap, the texture is crunchy, and the result is something you’ll be craving for a long time after the first bite!
