Get ready to dip whatever you want into this amazingly rich, creamy, cheesy, and beefy concoction to help your hunger dwindle away. Once everything is melted, hot, and ready, it’ll sit there waiting for when the hunger strikes! And if you’re not careful, chowing down on some Chow-Down Dip might just fill you all the way up! But we don’t see that as a problem, and we don’t think you will either! Now, go ahead… dig in!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 pounds Velveeta™ cheese
- 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilis
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 ounce green chilies
- 14 ounces ranch-style beans
- 1 (14-ounce) can tomatoes
Directions
Step 1 –In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink. Drain the excess grease.
Step 2 –In a large pot over medium heat, add the cooked ground beef, the cheese, the tomatoes and green chilis, the cream of mushroom soup, the evaporated milk, the green chilis, the beans, and the tomatoes and stir to combine.
Step 3 –Cook the dip, stirring occasionally, until it is heated through.
Step 4 –Serve.
