Whoever decided to put steak and butter together deserves a medal of some kind. Garlic Butter Sirloin will earn a medal from your tastebuds for being undeniably, truly outstandingly amazing… and that’s before you realize how quick and easy it is to make!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 pounds beef top sirloin steaks
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat.
Step 2 –Lightly oil the grill grate.
Step 3 –Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Step 4 –Stir the minced garlic and the garlic powder into the butter.
Step 5 –Season both sides of the steak with the salt and the pepper.
Step 6 –Place the steaks on the grill and cook until at least 140 degrees F internally, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Step 7 –Transfer the steaks to warmed plates and brush them liberally with the garlic butter.
Step 8 –Allow the steaks to rest for 2-3 minutes.
Step 9 –Serve.
